WinLet: A Safety App for Sports and Recreation
WinLet is a free Android app developed by Security-Watch that is designed to provide users with a sense of security during sports and recreational activities, or when alone at home or in isolated places. The app is associated with the WinLet Bracelet, which allows users to launch emergency calls and notifications to multiple phone numbers simultaneously.
The app features a complete alarm mode that triggers a loud 110 Db siren from the bracelet, which will draw attention and prevent malicious people from approaching. In addition, the app's operational center will call the user who launched the alarm, and in case of no response, it will send the police to the location.
Users can choose the people they want to follow them through the "FOLLOW ME" function. The app also has a follow-me mode with geolocation, where users can authorize one or more contacts from their personal network to track their movements, obtaining geolocation data produced by their smartphone.
The app also has a profile activity monitoring function that allows users to monitor the activity of the profiles of people in their personal network to stay up-to-date on their availability and presence in case of an emergency.
